Hi! I'm Adrienne and I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy specialized in the treatment of orthopedic conditions. I have always loved staying active through running, hiking, rock climbing and just having the strength to do anything my mind wants to do.

I thankfully had a healthy pregnancy that allowed me to exercise all the way up until I gave birth! I did so because I had the confidence in the knowledge I had of what symptoms to be aware of while exercising. I knew when to push it and when to back off.

I want you to be equipped with the basics of this knowledge, too!

Exercising while pregnant can be SO rewarding! It's not only healthy for you AND baby, it will also help for a quicker postpartum recovery period. It definitely helped my physical and mental health during this huge life transition!
