Hi! I'm Adrienne and I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy specialized in the treatment of orthopedic conditions for runners.

I love to run and have had my share of personal setbacks and have helped countless runners rehab through various injuries and surgeries.

This has helped shape me to become the best PT I can be for novice and seasoned runners just like you.

With my experience and research I've done, I've identified these 7 key movements to assess. My hope is that this self assessment can guide you to understanding your weaknesses to make them strengths to ultimately minimize your risk for injury!
